Pizza Crust

Recipe By: Wendy Connors (given to me by my friend Stephanie Lee)

Ingredients
1 pkg Yeast (small pkg 1-2 T)
1 T Sugar
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 T Butter
3-4 Cups Flour

Directions
Dissolve yeast in water; then add milk, sugar, salt and butter. Blend in flour. Form into a circle to fit on a pizza pan or on a baking sheet. Cover with sauce, mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
