Crepes (From Heather Strasser)

Mix together:
1 1/2 c Flour
4 eggs
2 C milk
Pinch of salt
1 T sugar
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla

Mix in Mixer so no lumps

Serve with Nutella, fruit, eggs, whatever you fancy.
