Ingredients
2-4 lbs London Broil
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 (10.5 oz) Condensed mushroom soup
1 onion peeled and quartered
2 (10.5 oz) Condensed tomato soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Place meat in bottom of slow cooker. Cutting as necessary to make it fit. Put onions on top of meat.
In mixing bowl mix together mushroom soup and tomato soup and half of the dry soup. Pour over the meat and onions. Sprinkle remaining dry soup mix over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours Makes nice gravy for rice or potatoes.

Sunday "juicy" Roast

Ingredients
3-6 lb Roast
2 cans beef broth
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker and pour in broth. Sprinkle dry soup over top. Cover and cook 6-10 hours. When meat is tender and pulls apart easily. Pull apart and press down in cooker so the juice covers
completely. Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes.
For BBQ BEEF cover with 1 can broth and cook until meat pulls apart, after pulling apart let the meat soak up broth for a few minutes, remove most of the broth, add BBQ sauce to cover meat. Cook 30 minutes on low or warm.
