The Inn at Temple Square Raspberry Honey Butter

½ lb. butter, room temperature
4 ounces honey
4 ounces good-quality raspberry preserves
½ tsp. vanilla
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add the honey while mixing. Add the raspberry preserves and vanilla. Continue to whip until completely mixed. (You may have to beat it for a little while if it has separated.)

Honey baked Ham

1 fully cooked shank half ham, bone in (pre-sliced)
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon paprika
dash ground ginger
dash ground allspice
1. If you couldn't find a pre-sliced ham, the first thing you must do isslice it. Use a very sharp knife to cut the ham into very thin slicesaround the bone. Do not cut all the way down to the bone or the meat maynot hold together properly as it is being glazed. You want the slices tobe quite thin, but not so thin that they fall apart or off the bone. Youmay wish to turn the ham onto its flat end and cut around it starting atthe bottom. You can then spin the ham as you slice around and work yourway up.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Lay down a couple sheets of wax paper onto a flat surface such as your kitchen counter (using a baking sheet instead will help reduce clean up. Pour the sugar mixture onto wax paper and roll and spread over ham.
4. Light torch and use remaining sugar mixture slowly spooning as you torch the ham, seperate the slices and torch the glaze in between layers as well.
