Ingredients:
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
1/2 - 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Water (few drops)
Food coloring as desired
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in mixer add drops of water with your fingers SLOWLY make sure you don't add too much or the frosting will not be fluffy. Once the right consistency is formed, beat on high speed for at least 5 minutes.
Great on top of home made cupcakes or cake mix cupcakes or home made cake. Freezes well.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
6 T Cream cheese
1 T Cream
1/3 Cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mix All ingredients thoroughly until no lumps. Frost, cake or cookies as desired.

1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 T Milk
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions
In saucepan melt, butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add milk. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar. Bend into butter mixture and add vanilla. If consistency is too stiff add more milk.
Spread quickly over cooled cake as frosting will set very fast.
