1 pkg active dry yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1 Cup Warm water
2 1/2 cups Flour (use bread if you can)
2 T Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Sauce:
Prego bottled Spaghetti sauce
Mozerella Shredded Cheese
Pepperoni
Preaheat oven to 450 degrees. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy about 10-15 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt & Oil; beat until smooth. Lets stand 5 mintues.
Put dough on a floured surface (I use wax paper) I roll it into a rectangle and bake it on a cookie sheet. Transfer crust to lightly greased pizza pan (or use Cornmeal). Top as desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted and crust starts to brown)... let stand 5 mintues before serving.

Swiss Steak (Grandma Lova Witt's)
Recipe By: Lova Witt
Ingredients
1/4 Cup flour
2 large onions
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tsp paprika
2 Cups tomato juice
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Cups water
1 lb round steak
Directions
Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Tenderize steak by pounding with a meat tenderizer mallet or sharp knife in a diamond pattern. Dip and roll steak in flour mix. Save 2 T flour mix for gravy.
Gravy: Cook onion in butter over low heat in a deep baking dish until it starts to turn clear. Add flour mix and thick rue, add tomato juice and water stirring or whisking until well blended and it starts to thicken. Add steak. Cook 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Alternate topping: Spaghetti Sauce
